Thigh Lift

Toned and Firm Thighs

Thigh lift surgery is a well-established procedure aimed at removing excess skin from the thighs and restoring skin elasticity. Skin laxity caused by aging or significant weight loss often cannot be corrected through exercise alone. A thigh lift effectively tightens the skin and reshapes the tissue, resulting in improved contour and firmness.

Who is a good candidate for a thigh lift?

Ideal candidates are individuals with loose or sagging skin on the thighs, often caused by aging, significant weight loss, or reduced skin elasticity, and who are in good overall health.

Will there be scars?

Scars are unavoidable but are placed as inconspicuously as possible. Over time, they usually fade and become less noticeable.

Is a thigh lift painful?

Some discomfort, swelling, or a feeling of tightness is normal after surgery and can be well managed with prescribed pain medication.

What is the recovery time?

Most patients can return to daily activities after a few weeks. Sports and strenuous activity should be avoided for 4 – 6 weeks, and compression garments must be worn for 6 weeks.

When will I see the final results?

Initial improvements are visible once swelling subsides. Final results typically develop over several months as healing progresses.

Are the results permanent?

Results are long-lasting, especially when body weight is stable and a healthy lifestyle is maintained.
